ELKHART, Ind. — Starcraft Bus was the recipient of Ford’s top volume pool account for 2017 and is now the recipient of this award for the 12th consecutive year, the company recently announced.

Starcraft Bus has reportedly sold more Ford E-Series chassis than any other bus manufacturer since 2006.

“Receiving this award for 12 consecutive years is a milestone of which we are very proud,” said David Wright, president of Forest River Bus (Starcraft Bus is one of the company’s three bus divisions). “This award is a reflection of the dedication of our team members and dealers. Our team continues to build buses that provide safe, affordable transportation, and our dealers stand behind our product and outperform the competition year after year.”

“We enjoy our partnership with Ford as it continues to provide new and innovative ideas to meet the ever-changing demands of its customers,” added Jay Nine, general sales manager for Starcraft Bus. “It’s easy to see why Ford is the leader in the commercial bus industry.”

Nine recently accepted the award from Ford on behalf of Starcraft Bus at Ford's annual pool account meeting in Washington, D.C.

Starcraft Bus, a division of Forest River Inc., builds small to mid-size shuttle buses for the public and private transportation markets. The manufacturer is owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
