NAPT, Zonar offer equipment grants, conference scholarships

The association and the company are making available $50,000 grants for equipment and hardware provided by Zonar, and applicants must be NAPT members in the U.S. and Canada that are not currently using such equipment. Zonar is also donating 10 scholarships for attendance to the 2013 NAPT Summit. Each scholarship will cover the cost of one conference registration.

88% of Missouri school buses again approved in inspection

The Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Motor Vehicles Inspection Division inspects 11,890 school buses, 10,493 of which receive approval, meaning they are found to be free of defective items. A total of 292 districts are awarded the distinction of Total Fleet Excellence for approval ratings of 90% or higher.
