Operation earns 15th Excellent Fleet Award

North Kansas City Schools' transportation department earns the award from the Missouri Highway Patrol for the 15th consecutive year after receiving a fleet inspection rating of 99.4 percent. The transportation director says that of the more than 100 items inspected on each of the district's buses, only one "slightly loose item" prevented the district from earning a perfect score of 100.

Zonar Systems to offer engine diagnostic system

The company partners with Mitchell 1 to develop Zonar Rx, in which the latter’s Repair-Connect web services will be integrated into Zonar’s Ground Traffic Control web-based data management software. Zonar Rx will communicate trouble codes from an engine control module and provide essential service information to diagnose and repair the problem.
