Under the California Air Resources Board’s Hybrid Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Program, public and private fleets statewide can reserve a voucher for up to $40,000 for fuel-efficient hybrid medium- and heavy-duty vehicles through a participating dealership when the vehicle is ordered.
