First Light Safety Products, designer and manufacturer of illuminated school bus signs and fully illuminated stop arms, on May 31 won approval for a second utility patent for its school bus sign technology from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
The illuminated school bus sign has been hailed for school bus safety, helping ensure that local school buses get attention of approaching motorists from the greatest distance possible, under any conditions.
The patents were issued to First Light Safety Products by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on May 31.
