Company officials said that this enables a solo operator to quickly and thoroughly confirm that all lights are working properly before starting a trip. According to InterMotive, automating the light inspection process for a single individual saves the fleet money by spending less time checking lights while ensuring that every light operation is activated. The module has applications for Ford and General Motors chassis.
