WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has upgraded the Website it was using to promote its school transportation-related anti-terror training program. The School Transportation Security Awareness (STSA) program uses a DVD (and leader's guide) to illustrate the importance of training, awareness and planning in successfully defusing an attempted attack. The DVD depicts a fictional scenario in which terrorists hijack a school bus, plant a bomb on it and try to blow up an elementary school.
