BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — First responders rescued special-needs students aboard a school bus and students on another school bus that got caught in floodwaters brought by a severe storm last week, The Weather Channel reports.
The Bexar County Sheriff Twitter page reported a total of four special-needs students and two adults being rescued from a flooded bus on Scenic Loop Road, with all students safely evacuating the bus and receiving medical help.
