Krapf awards $25,000 in educational scholarships
The Pennsylvania-based school bus contractor continues its 22-year tradition of offering scholarships to deserving seniors at each of the high schools for which it provides student transportation. Among the 2013 recipients is Lauren Ahern, who attends Downingtown (Pa.) High School West.
WEST CHESTER, Pa. — The Krapf Bus Companies has selected the 2013 recipients of educational scholarships, continuing a 22-year tradition.
Every year, the company offers a scholarship to a deserving senior at each of the high schools for which the company provides student transportation.
Nearly $25,000 is awarded annually to students in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
This year, Lauren Ahern, who attends Downingtown (Pa.) High School West, was one of the recipients.
Krapf Bus Companies was established in 1942 and has been providing pupil transportation to the Downingtown Area School District continuously since it was founded.
