NAPLES, Fla. — Local parents now have a quick and easy way to find out whether their child’s bus is delayed on the trip home.
Collier County Public Schools launched an online system through which it will post information on any late buses during afternoon runs.
If a bus is running more than a half-hour behind schedule, a “Late Bus Notice” link will appear on the right side of the district’s home page, www.collier.k12.fl.us.
After clicking on the “Late Bus Notice” link, a listing of the numbers of any late buses will appear.
The information will be posted by the district’s school bus dispatchers.
