Daimler, GM honor Espar for supplier quality
Espar Heater Systems receives the Daimler 2013 Masters of Quality award and the GM 2014 Supplier Quality Excellence award in recognition of its quality excellence, on-time delivery, added value and customer service.

Espar Heater Systems received the Daimler 2013 Masters of Quality award and the GM 2014 Supplier Quality Excellence award in recognition of its quality excellence, on-time delivery, added value and customer service.
The Masters of Quality award is the highest recognition that Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) gives to its suppliers, and only the top 3% are recognized after a stringent evaluation of more than 1,000 suppliers.
“This award acknowledges our dedication to continually improve the performance of our heater products and the devotion of our team to service our heavy-duty truck customers,” said Ashu Aggarwal, quality manager at Espar.

Representatives from DTNA visited Espar’s facility on June 18 to present the award.
The GM Supplier Quality Excellence award was presented to Aggarwal and Volker Hohensee, Espar’s president, at an awards ceremony at the Detroit Cobo Center on Sept. 24. This is the second year in a row that Espar has received this award.
