A separate legal entity will make it easier to acquire required skills, resources and capital to facilitate the development of Dafo Vehicle Fire Protection AB.”
Also, Balstad noted that Dafo Vehicle Fire Protection’s U.S. operations are run through company subsidiary Dafo USA, which he said “will strengthen our position in North America.”
