Collins Bus Corp. promotes Matt Scheuler to VP

Scheuler now serves as vice president of sales and marketing at the Type A school bus manufacturing company. He has held a variety of roles for the company — most recently director of sales.

Matt Scheuler is now vice president of sales and marketing at Type A school bus manufacturer Collins Bus Corp.

SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Matt Scheuler has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing at Collins Bus Corp.

Scheuler will report directly to the president of the Type A school bus manufacturing company and will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts throughout the U.S. and Canada.

“I’m thrilled to see Matt promoted to this leadership position within Collins Bus Corporation,” said Kent Tyler, president/CEO of the recently formed ASV (Allied Specialty Vehicles) Bus Division, which includes Collins. “Matt has been involved with our organization for over 13 years and held a variety of roles within the organization. Matt has proven himself to be a dedicated and resourceful member of the team, and I’m confident he will provide the focus necessary to further our leadership position within the Type A school bus market.”

Scheuler said it is “truly an honor” to have been chosen to lead Collins’ sales and marketing efforts.

“I’ve been around our company long enough to know that we have the personnel and products that will continue setting the industry standard for the future,” Scheuler said. “Backed by the finest dealer network in North America, I would expect nothing less than continued success for the entire organization.”

Most recently, Scheuler served as director of sales for Collins Bus Corp. In that role, he was responsible for North American sales for the western regions of the U.S. and Canada.
