Alliance Truck Parts has grown its fan clutch product line from four fan clutch rebuild kits to more than 2,000 part numbers. The supplier has grown its clutch product line from eight clutches to more than 300 part numbers.

Alliance Truck Parts has grown its fan clutch product line from four fan clutch rebuild kits to more than 2,000 part numbers. The supplier has grown its clutch product line from eight clutches to more than 300 part numbers.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Alliance Truck Parts, a supplier of all-makes aftermarket parts for the commercial transportation industry, has significantly expanded its fan clutch and clutch product lines.

The fan clutch product line, which originally included only four fan clutch rebuild kits, now features more than 2,000 part numbers, including remanufactured fan clutches, rebuild kits, and accessories. The clutch product line has also increased from eight clutches to more than 300 part numbers, including clutches, components, and accessories.

“Our customers have been looking for additional product offerings within our fan clutch and clutch lines,” said Catherine Auckland, director of aftermarket marketing for Daimler Trucks North America. “With the expansion of these product lines, our product mix now includes some of the newest technology on the market. Our customers will be getting a wider variety of quality options to choose from at a great price.”

Alliance Fan Clutch Product Line
The expanded all-makes fan clutch line now includes all styles of fan clutches, fan clutch accessories, two-speed fan clutches, and fan blades. In addition, the product line now includes:

•         Complete fan drives ready for quick installation
•         Fan clutch rebuild kits
•         Alliance spring-engaged DM-style fan clutches with a torque rating of more than 5,000 inch-pounds
•         Air-engaged fan clutches that include 100% U.S. components, two-bearing design, higher-quality lining, and superior Viton O-rings.

Rounding out the product line are features such as the patented AutoLock, which does not require driver intervention in the event of a fan clutch failure, according to the supplier. There are also options to upgrade from a medium-duty to a heavy-duty fan clutch.

Alliance Clutch Product Line
With the expansion, the Alliance clutch product line now includes a complete offering of new all-makes clutch assemblies, install kits, flywheels, and complementary components. The product line features new self-adjusting clutch technology, including Easy Effort and AutoSet Clutches, with all new components, according to the supplier.

All heavy-duty clutches will be backed by a two-year/unlimited-mile nationwide warranty.

All medium-duty clutches and fan clutches will be backed by a one-year/unlimited-mile nationwide warranty serviceable at more than 800 locations, including Freightliner, Western Star, and Thomas Built Buses dealerships in the U.S. and Canada.

Alliance Truck Parts clutches, fan clutches, and accessories are built to OE quality standards and are engineered to reduce failures and meet the rigorous requirements of the industry.
