New CEO named at Foam Rubber Products

NEW CASTLE, Ind. — School bus industry supplier Foam Rubber Products LLC has elected Norman Smith as its new CEO.

Smith has been with Foam Rubber Products for eight years and has recently been serving as president. In all, he has more than 30 years of experience in the seating business.

Concurrently, Frank Nold was elected chairman emeritus of the company.

Foam Rubber Products, also known in the industry under its original name, Lichter Rubber Products Co., provides fabricated foam for seating in school buses and other forms of transportation.
