The city of Wetaskiwin in Alberta changes its traffic bylaw so that bus drivers are no longer required to activate their bus' emergency flashing lights or extend the stop arm in a school bus zone located on or adjacent to school grounds within the city limits. Drivers are still required to use stop arms and lights in all other areas.
