Is tardiness or absenteeism a problem? Problem-solving. Does your co-worker find solutions to problems on her own or does she wait until someone else fixes the problem? Teamwork skills. Is your co-worker a helpful and enthusiastic member of the team? Does she offer suggestions to others at meetings? Quality of service. Is your co-worker committed to providing the highest quality of service to make the operation run more smoothly?
