White Portable Child Restraint (PCR) for school buses, a five-point restraint system, is designed to accommodate children weighing 20 to 90 pounds and up to 57 inches in height. The PCR attaches to any school bus seat and provides a cushioned seat and vertical shoulder slides for height adjustments.
When not in use, the PCR’s belts and attachment straps fold into a self-contained carrying case. The case has an adjustable strap that can be used as a handle or shoulder strap for portability.
The PCR meets FMVSS 213 and all Head Start standards, according to HSM.
