Barrier Designed to Protect Against COVID-19 on School Bus

Bus Safety Solutions has introduced a new safety product to help protect school bus passengers from coronavirus: Transit Curtain.
Designed as a tool for school districts to provide a barrier between seats or between students and the bus driver, Transit Curtain for school buses allows transportation teams to meet Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and potentially maximize school bus use.

Transit Curtain is made of a clear, fire-resistant vinyl that securely attaches to the ceiling of the school bus and below the seat, according to Bus Safety Solutions. The custom-cut product allows a tight fit to the ceiling and a secure fit below the seat. An option for a sliding curtain to the right of the bus driver as well as a version that allows the driver to cover the area behind their seat are also available.
The Transit Curtain meets FMVSS 571.302 for fire resistance, according to Bus Safety Solutions.
