Seon Design Inc.’s Explorer DX-HD mobile digital video recorder (DVR) can record at 30 frames per second simultaneously on all 13 channels, according to the company. Paired with Seon’s CHW HD bus camera, the DX-HD is ideal for school bus surveillance applications where image clarity is essential, such as in accident reconstruction or license plate capture. The DVR features the highest resolution and frame-rate combination available, officials said.
