HIGH POINT, N.C. — Autobus Thomas in Quebec is the latest recipient of Platinum Support, Thomas Built Buses’ customer focused comprehensive service program.

Platinum Support, a collaborative effort between Thomas Built Buses and its dealers, focuses on improving the customer experience. The program is designed to provide rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and superb customer service from a highly trained staff, company officials said.

Through Platinum Support training, dealers learn to eliminate all areas of waste from day-to-day business practices, including faster vehicle assessment, reducing vehicle down time and lowering vehicle life cycle costs to the customer.

Based in Drummondville, Quebec, Autobus Thomas offers transportation companies a large line of school and commercial buses.

“Autobus Thomas continually provides a level of service and customer care that places them at the upper echelon of school and commercial bus dealers in North America,” said Paul Start, market growth development manager for Thomas Built Buses. “As industry leaders, we thrive in a culture of continuous improvement, so we’re proud to recognize partners like Autobus Thomas with this recognition and honor.”

“It is a privilege to partner with Thomas Built Buses to be a part of the Platinum Support program,” said Bernard Dube, principal of Autobus Thomas. “Our expertise is our primary asset. As a recipient of the Platinum Support program, the value we provide to our customers is even greater than before.”
