Applications are being accepted for School Bus Fleet ConneX through Feb. 1. Seen here is another event produced by School Bus Fleet parent company Bobit Business Media.

School transportation officials can now apply to take part in the inaugural School Bus Fleet ConneX (SBFX), an educational networking event.

Produced by School Bus Fleet and Bobit Business Media, the event will take place at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon from April 1 to 3.

SBFX brings together a select group of public and private school bus operators and industry suppliers for roundtable discussions, one-on-one meetings, and other networking activities. The event is free for the operators who are selected to attend.

Applicants should be directors, executives, or other senior-level officials who have influence in purchasing decisions for school transportation fleets of at least 30 vehicles.

The application for school bus operators, due Feb. 1, is available here.

For those who are accepted to attend, a grant from SBF will cover the cost of the trip, including a two-night hotel stay, ground transportation from the airport to the resort, and all scheduled meals.

Industry suppliers interested in joining SBFX can contact their sales representative or SBF General Manager/Publisher James Blue at james.blue@bobit.com or (800) 576-8788.
