Cook-Illinois drivers excel during roadeo

David Jensen, Archie Banks and Jerry Heim, who work for subsidiaries of the school bus contractor, take the top three spots in the Illinois School Bus Safety Roadeo's semi-finals. They were required to complete a pre-trip inspection, participate in driving skills challenges and take a written exam.

Mark R. Rosekind has conducted research on fatigue and implemented programs in numerous fields, including transportation. Prior to joining the board, he founded and served as president and chief scientist of consulting firm Alertness Solutions. Also joining the board is Earl F. Weener, a licensed pilot who has dedicated his career to aviation safety.
