A Washington district bus parked in front of a Walmart proves to be a big draw for donations. In last year’s Stuff the Bus event, the Lakewood School District transportation staff collected more than 4,000 pounds of food. This year, they said that the bus seemed to be filling even faster.

Read More →Eight school districts in the state receive a total of $277,885.53 in grants to install diesel oxidation catalysts and anti-idling equipment on their school buses as part of the agency’s Clean Diesel School Bus Grant program.
