Authorities said that a semi truck illegally passed a stopped school bus (which had its lights flashing and stop arm extended) on May 30, nearly hitting a young female student waiting on the side of the highway near Paynesville, Minn.
The Minnesota State Patrol released this AngelTrax bus camera footage of the incident and asked for the public's help in tracking down the semi, which kept going after passing the bus. The semi driver later turned himself in. The girl was not injured.
