Buffalo (N.Y.) Public Schools commissioned students from its performing arts school to make a public service video about buckling up. Director of Transportation Al Diamico says the goal was to encourage students to wear the three-point belts that are on Buffalo's buses. The school district plans to do safety presentations at schools, which will include showing the video.
