School bus provider Transportation South hosted a Love the Bus celebration on Feb. 11 to honor Alabama’s best school bus drivers as voted by the students, parents and teachers they serve.

HSM sponsored a special breakfast on Feb. 10 for the Forsyth County (N.C.) school bus drivers, and provided T-shirts for a campaign called "Stop for a Life!"

The Craven County (N.C.) Schools transportation department held a Love the Bus celebration that included this beautifully decorated cake.

The Durham School Services team in Davenport, Iowa, celebrated their love for the yellow bus during their February safety meeting. Durham sent all of its teams a letter of appreciation from the CEO and a customized magnet for Love the Bus month.

Safety Dog, the First Student safety mascot, visited schools across the U.S. to promote safe bus behavior during Love the Bus month.

First Student employees in Lawrence, Kansas, were encouraged to share all of the reasons they love the bus.

Education and transportation leaders, elected officials and students celebrated the benefits of yellow buses at the American School Bus Council’s Love the Bus main event at Cosumnes River Elementary School in California on Feb. 19.
