We're refurbishing a 1982 Carpenter Cadet and need 2 legged seats as follows:

Driver side:
1 - 26" bench
1 - 39" bench
1 - 39" modesty panel or barrier

If you can help, please email me any time.

Try Bob Merchanthouse in Richmond, IN
He used to be the Carpenter Dealer in Indiana and bought over a million dollars worth of inventory before the closed the plant! It's called Merchanthouse Transportation! Good Luck

Bus Folks, one of our subsidiary's carries a large number of Carpenter and Wayne bus parts and many old bodies. You can EMAIL "Royal Knight Transportation" at,ROYALKNIGHTTRAN1@AOL.COM ,for any Carpeter or Wayne parts. They are located in Virginia.

You might also want to try Bud Grahm of Tesco in Ohio. They are located just near Toledo and have a garage of all Carpenter and Wayne parts.

Do you need the seat frame, seat covering, foam or all the above? If you need all, to be quite honest, I would simply try and find another Carpenter bus for sale and odds are you can just pay a few dollars and take from that bus.

If not , try Tesco. They have a website and arequick at responding if you write them.

It's the little things that count

Try DeWayne Porter, Transportation Director, Franklin County (GA) Schools. (706)384-4581,dporter@franklin.k12.ga.us.

No promises, but they took most of the seats out of an '86 Carpenter for the band.....
