Good to see SBE back from hiatus! That '98 Thomas Saf-T-Liner ER is a great looking bus. Seems like we don't see too many of those. And I really, really, really, really, really like all those shots of the '06 Blue Bird Int. 3300. Oh yeah, and the teal seats look great in the '06 BB AA RE. One question: Is that really a '97 Carpenter Ford? By 1997 I thought there were only Crown by Carpenters? That bus clearly has a Carpenter body, not Crown. Could it be a '95? Great job Lee! |

Nice update, Lee!
I LOVE the interior photos you took... very nice! That 1997 AmTran conventional seems too nice to retire!!! And how beautiful are those 2006 Blue Birds!
However, I have a problem with the pictures of the "2005 IC CE Conventional in Texas". I don't know who the person is who submitted those photos, but they were stolen directly from my website (School Bus Gallery). I took those photos myself and posted them on my site back in December. You can even see the greyed out area in the lower right corner of the first photo where they covered up my name and copyright!!!
I've tried to stay OUT of all the negative skirmishes that have started in several other topics involving bus photo websites. I just think it's so sad that someone would steal one of my photos and submit a poorly-edited version of it to another site .
(Of course I'm not blaming you in any way Lee... just wanted to be clear on that!) Your site is one of my favorites! And for anyone who wants to see the photos of that '05 IC CE special needs conventional in all their original glory, just visit the Ward/AmTran/IC gallery on my website!

Thanks for all the nice comments Ted, it appears I goofed with that one. Richard Solano was with me and perhaps he remembers the correct vintage. And Josh, I am deeply sorry for using those pictures. I had not realized those were yours. As soon as I get home from work later those will be removed pronto! In the future I will be more careful with submitted pics. |

Nice job, Lee. Glad to see the shots from your trip here!!!
That Carpenter Ford is actually a 1996, they just have it numbered in a confusing way. |
