We have received 4 new 2004 IC buses with electric doors. They have the door switch and flasher switch on the steering wheel. The system came with non-sequential set-up. I need the sequential flashing. On the older models you could move a wire from #9 to #10 terminal of the control module or install a jumper. Also, can anyone tell me how to get technical support numbers or web-site addresses on the new IC buses. My local dealer is in the process of getting training on the new buses. I would like to try and stay current as well.

Navistar (IC) offers wiring diagrams and troubleshooting info on their site for REGISTERED users by VIN numbers.

If you want customer service, you NEED an International!

Welcome to the Forum...
To change from Non Sequential to Sequential is a simple ESC program change. Your local dealer can make this change for you using their EZtech. Most can do this at your location if needed. Please send me the last eight of each VIN and I will contact your local dealer with instructions. Please send me your contact information.
My email address is in my profile.
