So I'm taking over this project from one of our other mechanics that recently passed away. 2010 IC that pegs out the trans temp gauge. Temp gauge was changed and as soon as it was plugged in, it pegged. There is no external temp sensor. Does anyone know if the circuit path for the trans temp signal? I have checked from the body controller connector (1600) to connector 1007 near the switch panel and I have good continuity there. I'm having trouble finding the right stuff on OnCommand. I'm not sure of the trans temp signal circuit. I'm thinking it may be shorted to ground somewhere. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.
