I am looking for a federal regulation that prohibits a school bus from having aerosol cans or anything that is marked Flammable, Hazardous, or dangerous on its label.

I need to be able to point out the regulation.

I don't know about federal, but Illinois has a law prohibiting the transportation of pressurized items in school buses. Your state probably has this law.

It's state by state - Oregon is the same as Illinois.

Ohio has this regulation as well as not allowing anything with alcohol in the bus; hand sanitizer, window cleaner, cleaning wipes, etc...
