diver calls in with triangle light on and warn engine written on dash.Connected prolink during scanning triangle turned off no codes on scanner.checked dtc manually hittin cruise buttons 520803-5 pops up as previously active anyone tht has had thhis problem please help and thanks in advance

Make sure the driver understands the emissions system and lights associated with it. We get radio calls in when the light goes on for regeneration.
