parking brake will not release on 2007 int service parki ng brake light is on and abs and trac control is on bus sitting for all summer

brake shoes stuck to drums back up with one foot on throttle and one on brakes, and give it some juice!

While someone is in the bus trying to release the brake, have someone else underneath hit the park brake drum with a big hammer. Usually works if it's just the park brake pads stuck. I've had the cables seize from sitting also. While underneath, look at the SAHR canister and make sure that's moving to eliminate that as a potential problem.
