Has anyone else had problems with short circuits in emergency exit alarms on new Bluebirds? I have had problems with a 2018 and a 2020.

Yes. Check your wiring in the harness that runs above the window and the wiring that runs from your roof hatches to the harness. Look at the back side of your harness for rub marks near the roof panel rivets. If you have a nice shinny silver rivet head, you rub is most likely right there. If your rivet heads are still white, its probably not rubbing. You may have more than one spot rubbing.

We have become masters at this in our shop and find them and fix them in about 10 minutes now.

Also we spec all of ours with completely loomed harness and we add loom to all of our 2015-2018's our selves.
