Can't speak to the ADIP, but I will say that the purge valves of the AD9 driers have been pretty junky the last 8 or so years. We've been swapping out the entire dryer with a reman, rather than changing the purge valve since most often the freaking screws just break off.

How often are you servicing the dryer? We do ours every 365 active days, which comes out to be about every 24 months.

Also is the compressor putting out oil into the dryer?

I have mine on a 2 year schedule. Seem about half are making it to the service interval before the purge valve turns to crap. We keep up on compressors passing oil, but the blue bird transits feed the air brake system with EGR contaminated air, so they get all nasty pretty fast.

We moved most of our compressor intake pipes to the clean end of the charge air cooler pipe

That's terrible of you! Some engineer was so proud of himself/herself for coming up with that, and you ruined it. hahaha
