I have an 05 Bluebird Vision, Body#L069965, Chasis#235218, CAT C7, Allison Trans., Hydraulic brakes. Question: What is the green slime that is coming out of the top of the coolant tank? I have asked a few other mechanics and no one can tell me for sure.

Injector cup malfunction I would say putting fuel in coolant and with heat the fuel would foam up
fuel pressure is greater than coolant pressure
and you never mention low power, blow by, using coolant
so head gasket, scuffed cylinder can be ruled out but with out the whole story and engine not in front of me these are just guidelines

OEM trained in wiring and all engine platforms for over 20 years

Thanks, I'll try that; and correct, there is no power loss, no blow by and no coolant loss, no other symptoms at all.
