I have a 04 IC RE300 with a dt466 . A few weeks ago the Oil cooler crashed . Wasn't discovered for awhile . So oil got into the cooling system . I have tried coolant cleaner . Tried changing out the coolant . Got lots of oil out . After I run awhile no heaters . I feel one hose going in and it's hot . The return hose is cold . Awhile back the heater booster quit . Driver told me my boss and I not replace it . So any idea bout how to get the heaters going? I am wondering if I put a booster back on it f it will push the coolant thru out the heater system ?

CLR is the best flushing agent out there in my opinion , when this stuff comes out it is dirty , not milky like that Fleetguard stuff , sounds like a air bubble somewhere remove the cap and pin it for 5 minutes should purge the bubble
that or a heayter valve (shut off valve) is turned off not allowing it to circulate

Prestone makes a 2and1 HD flush. believe its a citric acid base then you run a neutralizer through it. is this what you tried??

and yes I would try a good booster pump with a full bottle of lestoil and water, did it on a lot of the old detroits that filled up oil in antifreeze worked perfect then do a fresh water flush. Drain all antifreeze before you do this.

Dawn dish washing liquid will break down oil deposits also, I would get a electric pump (some buses have a booster pump) and pump it backwards through system until it clears up. you may also check the elbow hose next to drivers seat the oil may have softened hose causing it to collapse.
