Need some help please.

Recently replaced EGR cooler now we have a no start. high pressure oil pump reads 1700psi, injectors seem to be pulsing judging by noise and self test. bled the air out of the fuel rail about 500 times. Removed all injectors o-rings seem great. cant see it being engine compression all of a sudden. we assumed it was the fuel pump crapped out. replaced it also...out of ideas. any suggestions?

Did you check your Fuses, Connections, and Relays. For the ECM and IDM? Check the relays on the firewall. and ALL the connections and fuses in the battery box. Also Perhaps someone forgot to plug a sensor back in. Also check the plugs on the ECM and IDM itself.

wow.

Checked all fuses, relays and connections. All sensors are plugged in also. removed the pulgs from the ECM and IDM and re-installed. Im not even getting a code??? everything is reading like it should just no fire! had 1 kick of a cylinder after about the 30th time trying to start it. HOP is reading 2200 psi trying to get the injectors to squirt but nothing not even smoke out the tail pipe. Injectors have to be getting fuel we installed a new pump and it fills the fuel bowl up relatively quick. we do not have a fuel pressure tester for these but it should still be good pressure. I NOT KNOW!

Here, we've had several issues with our 06 CEs. One was the ground wire to the solenoid had a spot where the insulation melted and touched the engine block, so whenever you turned the key, clicking and sparking on the engine

I may be a Thomas fan, but I C the good in IC
