Hydrophobic Windshields for Enhanced Driver Vision has been the number one safety innovation that has been sitting on the shelf collecting dust in Washington DC.

University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute reports states the influence of hydrophobic windshield coatings will significantly improve driver visual performance. Driver fatigue and stress is reduced by the reduction of glare. Proven night visual acuity equal to daytime driving. 25% increased driver response time which is equal to 68 feet of increased stopping ability at 55 mph.
The technology is available today and is being use by Volvo, Porsche, Honda, Mazda, BMW and a host of other automobile manufactures and most every private or commercial airline we fly on. The Treated windshield comes standard from the manufacture with no other reason then that they know it improve driver and passenger safety.

Ralph Nader and the Center for the study of Responsive Law 150 page report states that the number one affordable safety innovation available today is Hydrophobic glass. "NOC on Glass" can save lives!
