I as just wandering if you have checked oil pressure with a manual gauge yet or are you just looking at the dash gauge.

hi there, this is with a manual gauge, i didn't trust the dash gauge but it is accurate..i guess with ic's attitude i should let this motor die!!

Run it till it locks up or throws a rod...then they will claim you abused it and deny your warranty!!!! Gotta love it.

What RPM is this at? If it's idle, it's not that big a deal as long as the valve train is quiet. I've seen T444Es perfectly happy with 12psi or so at hot idle (200,000+ miles)

Buses are not a way of life, they are life

Have an oil sample analyzed. If you have fuel in the oil, suspect a lift pump or injectors leaking into the crankcase oil under the valve cover.

hi all, an update to our problem, it appears the darn oil pump was not tightened at the factory and ready to fall off. two weeks later we have it back, maybe it will last till the end of the year (1 week)without any other problems????
