There is some wierd whine/squeak when we approach about 25 mph in any bus... It's annoying and vibrates the bus.

No, just driving on the tarmac. It makes a horrible hum/whine. Our morning bus (379, a Thomas Freightliner) has a faint whirring sound which is also annoying.
