i am having a check engine light on a 2014 c2 with 6.7 cummins its for erratic coolant temp the gauge always looks goos so i am thinking i have a wiring issue at cts or the sensor is bad does anyone no where it is located

front of the engine i think , on the head by valve cover
OEM trained in wiring and all engine platforms for over 20 years
