We recently installed a reman Dana differential into a 2011 IC with a 19060S rear axle. Everything went fine until we tried to install the right side axle shaft. The splines on the shaft bottom out in the differential before the flange mates with the hub leaving a 1/8-3/16" gap. We did install new bearings and races into the hub and we've already pulled that back apart to verify that we have the correct part numbers in there and that everything is installed correctly. Anyone else run into anything like this? Any ideas?
