Has anyone had Shift selector shaft seal leak? Can you replace seal?
Any info or part numbers would be appreciated!

Yes we use the seal for an Allison AT540 #23010610, it is a little smaller inside diameter and will seal on a rough shaft better tha the one for a pts 2500. We used a pipe nipple that would fit over the shaft and ground one end down to a sharp bevel and retapped the ground down end to get some threads on the end and put a coupler on the other end with a cap in it and drilled and tapped the cap for a threadded bolt or all thread with a nut welded to it to remove the seal. A piece of black pipe made a good installer.

24235861 is the seal we use for the 2500, like Tigger, the first time one leaked we used the one we stocked for the 643 and it worked...
