Hey guys,

We have a 06' IC that will not start if left in the Accessory position for a few minutes (on the key switch), but will start fine if shut off normally. The guys at the shop have wired a push button under the dash to start the bus directly, just in case the bus is ever left stranded because of this issue.

All fuses in the side panel seem to be good. both ignition #1 & #2 relays have been replaced as well as both body solinoids, and key switch. Any ideas?

One mechanic said that the voltage dropped to about 8 volts when this occurred, but when you start the bus normally (key in off position then start) it has 12-13 volts. Seems like something is draining power really quickly on the accessory side of things.

Problem seems to be boiling down to a relay in the side panel, but the guys can't figure out which one. When the relays are tapped with a screwdriver and the key is held to the start position it will start.
