I am looking for information regarding the transportation of non-students (infants/toddlers/pre-school) on school busses. I am sure that you have heard of bus drivers bringing their kids with them while they make their routes, is this allowed? I had heard that Federal Regs forbid the practice UNLESS the bus was equipped with the appropriate child-restraint systems. Thank you for your response!
