I am looking for info in our shop to keep track of repairs, mantenance and parts. Is there such a program? How many vehicle's can be stored on it. Will it tell us when we need to a service. How much would be looking at as far as cost and if it's a yearly subscription. |

We use Fleetvision by Versatrans, we have over 150 units in the system you can track what you want to by adding options and time / miles to be serviced. the calendar option lets you track by only days your corporation is in school. |

We also have Fleetvision with almost 1000 buses and White Fleet vehicles. If that's all you've ever used, it might be fine for you for tracking maintenance, but the rest of the system is very sub-par. I'd love to have something else. When selling it to our director back in 2015, they made numerous claims of what it would do that didn't pan out. |

FleetVision here too. I've used it through 3 vendors. It used to be called Fleetmax. Now it's part of the Versatrans bundle we use; owned by Tyler. It works for us. |

We use GMS through ARI. 8,000+ vehicles on it nationwide, split up by local branch. Keeps track of inventory, pm's, all that good stuff. I do not recommend it. Very user non-friendly. I don't know the cost as Corporate pays for it, but it's too much for what we get. Even if it is free. |
