I had a driver complain that the turn signal would intermittently not cancel. I couldn't get it to do it for me so I ordered a switch. When I got it apart I found the cancel cam, that also has the horn contact on it, was loose on the steering wheel. I could have put it back together and ordered a cam but I decided to glue it on. Time will tell if I fixed it.
