i am suspecting i have a bad intake heater on an 07 internationl 466 egr engine what is the easiest way without takin it out ro test it i have power going to the wire going to it but wanna test the heater is there a way with out taking it apart

Diagnostics are in the shop manual, but i`d check what it`s drawing.
